4. Service Limitations

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

• Nimodealz is not responsible for any data loss that occurs before, during, or after the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for illegal or unethical activities.

5. Payment Terms

• All services are chargeable based on agreed rates (hourly or fixed).

Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Upon termination, all unpaid dues shall become immediately payable.
